Includes guidance on data security, billing considerations, client expectations, and building sustainable AI supervision practices.
During the session
Part 1: Knowledge Check
- What are the most common types of errors you should watch for in GenAI-assisted work product?
- What makes GenAI-generated errors particularly challenging to catch during review?
- What should you be asking your team about their use of GenAI?

Part 2: Group Exercise
Lead a group discussion based on the exercise. If you have attendees from different practice groups, consider organizing groups by practice area to encourage relevant discussion, then share perspectives across groups. For smaller or single-practice sessions, discuss as one group. Call on people to share their thoughts and ask others to respond.
Tip for remote sessions: use your web conferencing system's breakout room feature to divide people into groups.
